Digital Services and a new location for our Property Shop

COVID affected most businesses in one way or another For us it meant moving to digital services backed up by telephone and face-to-face meetings. This has worked well for everyone.

 

We also decided that our Property Shop in Carmarthen was no longer the best location for us. We have therefore moved to St Clears. The new address is: Walsall House, Pentre Road, St Clears, Carmarthen, SA33 4LR. Our phone numbers remain the same.

For our tenants: Both routine and urgent repairs can be reported on-line at any time (follow the link at the top of this page). This is the best way to report a repair - however, you can still telephone us if you prefer. If you have a genuine emergency repair always telephone us on our main contact number (daytime Monday to Friday) or on our out-of-hours number (0333 344 7600).
