  • Are they based in Wales and understand fully the requirements of Welsh housing Law and of the Welsh Government?

  • Are they based in West Wales and do they know the local property market?

  • Will they keep me up-to-date with the things I need to know about (both about my property and about being a landlord)?

  • Have they got a proper Complaints Process and are they Members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme?
